For further securing all monies due or to become due to the chargee regulated by a credit agreement dated 17 oct 1983 between overseas contraners (finance) limited overseas containers limited and the chase manhattan bank N.A. secured by a mortgage dated 17 oct 1983 and under the terms of each other security document as defined in the said credit agreement dated 17TH oct 1983.
