Brief description
Clause 3.2(a) of the debenture creates a legal mortgage over all of the land (as defined in the debenture) set out in schedule 6 of the debenture and all other land now owned by the company, and any rights (as defined in the debenture) accruing to, derived from or otherwise connected with it (including insurances and proceeds of disposal and of insurances).. Clause 3.3(a) of the debenture creates a fixed charge over all of the rights which the company now has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future over land, other than that charged under clause 3.2(a) of the debenture.. Clause 3.3(g) of the debenture creates a fixed charge over all of the rights which the company now has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future over specified intellectual property (as defined in the debenture).. Clause 3.3(h) of the debenture creates a fixed charge over all of the rights which the company now has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future over intellectual property (as defined in the debenture), other than any specified intellectual property charged under clause 3.3(g) of the debenture.
