In favour of ing (U.S.) capital corpoaration (the "assignee") acting for itself and as adminsitrative agent for the lenders (as defined) all moneys and liabilities which the company covenants in the loan documents to pay or discharge, and, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include any moneys or liabilities of any other party to the loan documents and (except as expressly otherwise provided) references to the secured obligations include references to any of them
