Amount secured
(A) the aggregate of all moneys from time to time actually or contingently due or owing by the company to the chargee under the loan agreement, the assignment and the other security documents to which the company is a party; and (b) the aggregate of all moneys from time to time due or owing to the chargee under or pursuant to the other security documents (the "outstanding indebtedness")

All the assignor's right title and interest in and to:-(a) the charter including without limitation any moneys whatsoever payable to or on account of the assignor under the charter and all other rights powers and benefits whatsoever accruing to the assignor under the charter including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) all claims for damages in respect of any breach by the charterer of the charter and all powers to terminate the same;.
