The performance of the obligations of the company (the tenant) to the chargee (the landlord) and of the lease of even date and the rent deposit deed and all monies payable to the landlord in the event of any default by the tenant in performing such obligations
Short particulars
The deposit balance as defined in the deed of rent deposit dated 19 june 2000, an amount equal to three months rent from time to time payable under the lease with a sum equivalent to the amount of any vat that will be chargeable thereon (the rent deposit) the amount from time to time standing to the credit of the deposit account (the deposit balance).
