Securing the payment by boskalis nigeria limited ('bkn') and/or westminster dredging (nigeria) limited ('wdn') and/or any or all of boskalis westminster inter group B.v boskalis westminster clearing B.V. boskalis westminster limited boskalis westminster nederland B.V. boskalis westminster construction international B.V., bkw foremost transport B.V. bw soco B.V. and boskalis westminster international limited (the assignores) of all amounts outstanding and interest accrued therein under a restructuring agreement agreed to upon 2.5.86 and made between royal boskalis westminster N.V. westminster N.V., boskalis westminster nederland B.V., bkn, wdn bw soco B.V. and the banks and/or under the security agreement to secure the performance of all the guarantees, covenants conditions continued in the restructuring agreement and/or security agreement.
