All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee on any account whatsoever provided that the total amount recoverable under the charge shall not exceed four million pounds in addition to such further sum for interest thereon and other banking charges in respect thereof and costs and expenses as shall accrue due to the bank within six months before or at any time after the date of demand by the bank upon the company for payment but it is expressly agreed and declared that the security constituted shall be enforceable only in respect of the liabilities of the company to the bank under the terms of a facility letter dated 23RD day of october 1996 a copy of which is annexed to the charge or any subsequent renewal or amendment thereof
