The goods (I) all the tv's, videos and white goods comprised in the rental agreements described in listing schedules signed by the company and dated 24 june 2004 (copy attached to form 395) supplemental to a block discount master agreement made on the 21 april 1994 between the (1) yorkshire bank and (2) the company;and (ii) all additions, alterations, accessories, replacements and renewals of the same and together with the benefit of any obligations and warranties given by any manufacturer or supplier of the same and the benefit of all maintenance agreements entered into in respect thereof.
