All the right title and interest in the original novel entitled "children of the oregon trail" and susequent screenplays based thereon under and by virtue of the title documents and in and to the development works together with the benefit of all subsisting undertakings, warranties and representations, covenants and agreements and acknowledgements therein contained, together with all other rights and properties acquired and to be acquired in connection with the development work throught the world.
