Brief description
The mortgagor hereby charges: by way of legal mortgage all the mortgaged property, being the freehold property known as or being 139 and 141 dominion road and land lying to the south of dominion road leicester registered at the land registry under title numbers LT159075, LT173946, LT229958 and LT271106, and all the interest of the mortgagor in the mortgaged property together with all buildings, fixtures including trade fixtures (if any) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on the mortgaged property together with all estates, rights, title, options, easements and privileges benefiting the same including all beneficial interests and rights in the mortgaged property and in any proceeds of sale or disposal of any part of the mortgaged property.
