All rights title and interest in the sub-hire agreement reffered to in the hire purchase contract, all monies whatsoever which are not or at any time hereinafter may be or become due or owing to the assignor under or arising out of the sub-hire agreement and all claims for damage in respect of breech of the sub-hire agreement and full benefit of all guarantees indemnities and other securities whatsoever nature held by or for the benefit of the assignor from time to time ion respect of the sub-hire agreement and the assignor rights relating to the goods leased under the sub-hire agreement.
