All right title and interest of the company in or arising out of: a) all hiring leasing and hire purchase agreements and all agreements under which the purchase price of goods sold is payable by installments entered into by the company as owner or vendor which the company shall from time to time deposit with the bank ("the deposited agreements") b) all securities from time to time held by the company from hirers or purchasers under the deposited agreements.
