All that freehold property shown edged red on the plan to the legal charge and forming part of the land registered (as at the date of the charge) at the land registry with title number TT100417 (the property) together with the rights referred to and contained in the agreement for sale of the property made between (1) the chargee and (2) the chargor dated 28 june 2019 as varied by the supplemental agreement dated 08 june 2023 between (1) the chargee and the chargor and (2) the chargor, any buildings and fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery that are situated on or form part of the property at any time; and the benefit of any covenants for title given or entered into by any predecessor in title of the chargor in respect of the property.
