All advances, debts, liabilities, obligations, covenants and duties arising under any loan document owing by any borrower or subsidiary guarantor to any bank, bank of america national trust and savings association (the agent) or any indemnified person whether direct or indirect (including those acquired by assignment), absolute or contingent, due or to become due, existing on or after the date of the agreement
