Short particulars
All the present and future stock of motor vehicles supplied to the chargor by vwfs pursuant to a master credit sale agreement dated 17TH march 1997 and made between vwfs and the chargor ("the master credit sale agreement") or pursuant to any variation of or agreement made in substitution for the master credit sale agreement and all the chargor's right title and interest in such motor vehicles ("the motor vehicles"); all monies from time to time payable under any insurances in respect of the motor vehicles; all debts from time to time becoming due to the chargor under the terms of any contract for sale or disposition of the motor vehicles or otherwise in relation to the motor vehicles and all rights and claims of the chargor under the terms of any contract for sale or disposition of the motor vehicles; all proceeds of sale or other disposition of any of the motor vehicles.
