Brief description
The west group hereby charges:. (I) by way of legal mortgage, the freehold property known as unit 19, arnside road, waterlooville, hampshire ('mortgaged property'), PO7 7UP together with all buildings, fixtures and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on the mortgaged property;. (Ii) by first fixed charge any shares held by the west group limited in any company from time to time which has any rights in or is connected to the mortgaged property;. (Iii) by way of first fixed charge the benefit of all guarantees, indemnities, rent deposits, agreements, contracts, undertakings and warranties relating to the mortgaged property.. Additionally, the west group limited assigns and agrees to assign all such property as set out at clause 3.2 (b) - (c) and the west group limited charges by way of first fixed legal charge the goodwill of the business (if any) from time to time carried on at the mortgaged property.
