By way of specific charge the interest of the company in all motor vehicles which are now or hereafter become the subject matter of a hiring agreement or a hire purchase agreement from the mortgage to the company together with the benefit of all contracts for the sub-hire or sub-hire purchase of the vehicles, all securities guarantees and indemnities enjoyed by the company, all proceeds of sale, insurance claims replacements and debts.
