Brief description
3.1 each chargor, as continuing security for the payment, discharge and performance of all the secured obligations in relation to all of the following assets whether now or in future belonging to that chargor, hereby, in each case with full title guarantee:. (A) fixed charges: charges to the bank by way of separate fixed charges:. (I) by way of legal mortgage each property specified in schedule 2 which is set opposite its name;. (Ii) by way of equitable mortgage its real property, other than the property or properties specified in schedule 2 and other than the specified leasehold property;. (Vi) all its intellectual property. Specified leasehold property: means. (A) the leasehold land and buildings on the south west side of howley park road east morley, west yorkshire demised by a lease dates 5 november 2012 made between (1) aj & nj property limited (formerly known as george walker transport (holdings) limited) (company number 05687651) (as landlord) and (2) george walker transport limited (as tenant);. (B) the leasehold land known as unit 20, norquest industrial estate, nab lane, birstall demised by a lease dated 13 december 2017 made between (1) nominee 2 limited (both incorporated in guernsey) (as landlord) and (2) george walker transport limited (as tenant);. (C) the leasehold land on the west side of royle barn road, rochdale demised by a lease dated 31 march 2016 made between (1) mccormick (littleborough) limited (company number 02588952) (as landlord) and (2) george walker transport limited (as tenant); and. (D) any other real property of chargor which is prohibited or restricted infer the terms of the relevant lease or licence to which it is subject, from being charged and/or assigned or for which landlord or licensor consent is required and has not been obtained.
