Brief description
Trans brittania properties limited with full title guarantee hereby charges by way of first legal mortgage trans brittania properties limited’s interest in the entrance and corridor on the ground floor and the premises on the first floor of 9 pier road, erith, kent being part of the premises known as 1 to 9 pier road and 33 to 41 bexley road, erith and registered under title number SGL410695, created by a lease dated 24 november 2014 between (1) ramesh dewan and (2) trans britannia properties limited (the “property”) and each and every part thereof including all rights powers easements and liberties attached or appurtenant thereto and including also all buildings erected thereon and all fixtures fittings plant machinery apparatus goods and materials (not being personal chattels within the bills of sale acts 1878 to 1882) now or subsequently affixed to or placed upon the property and being the property of trans brittania properties limited but such expression shall exclude tenant’s fixtures and fittings, with payment to ahli united bank (UK) PLC of and as a continuing security for all monies and liabilities which ramesh dewan covenants in clause 2 to pay or discharge.
