All monies due or hereafter to become due or from time to time accruing due from the company as mortgagor and/or the company/peter john barber in their capacity as trustees of the pointon york peter barber self invested personal pension scheme as principal debtor to the bank upon any account and in any manner whatsoever but not withstanding the provisions of the deed it is expressly stipulated that the liability of pointon york trustees limited shall not be personal but shall be limited to the extent of the assets of the trust (pointon york trustees limited,a/c D200189) but without prejudice to the full personal joint and several liability of the other party or parties. Furthermore the company shall not remain liable in respect of any breach of the terms and provisions of the deed which may be committed after they have ceased to be trustee of pointon york trustees limited a/c D200189.
