Amount secured
In favour of the chargee any and all sums for the time being owing in respect of the principal, interest and otherwise in the manner and at the time set forth in the agreement, the guarantee and the deed of covenants and in order to secure the performance of all obligations of the company thereunder and whereas the amount of the principal, interest and all other monies due at any time can be ascertained by reference to the guarantee, the deed of covenants, the agreement and/or books of accounts or other accounting records of the mortgagee
