Short particulars
All the right, title and interest of the company in the sub-lease including: (1) all monies whatsoever which are now or or at any time thereafter may be or become due or owing to the company under or arising out of the sub-lease; and (2) all claims for damages in respect of breach of the sub-lease; and (3) the full benefit of all guarantees, indemnities and other securities of whatever nature held by the company from time to time in respect of the sub-lease (all terms as defined).
