Any new product constructed or manufactured by or on behalf of the company into which shall have been incorporated the following vehicle supplied by erf limited to the company viz vehicle type :- 40C 3TT 5W1 chassis no :- 48957 engine no:- nte 290 23184872 (see doc M11) any monies received or receivable by the company in respect of the sale by the company of the said vehicle or any new product of the company into which the same shall have been incorporated.
