Any new product constructed or manufactured by or on behalf of the company into which shall have been incorporated the following vehicle supplied by erf limited to the company viz type 25G 3RD DC4 chassis no 49392 engine no 6LXCT 233058 (see doc M42) any monies recieved or receivable by the company in respect of the sale by the company of the said vehicle or any new product of the company into which the same shall have been incorporated.
