Upon the terms and conditions of the deed of pledge of accounts receivable dated 26 august 1993 between the pledgor and the bank which are deemed to be incorporated in the supplementary pledge,by way of first right of pledge,all accounts receivables which the pledgor presently has vis-a-vis any third party or will in the future obtain arising from any legal relationship that presently already exists.
