By way of first fixed charge all of each chargor's right title and interest in and to:- all stocks shares or other securities rights monies or other property accruing offered or issued at any time by way of bonus redemption exchange purchase substitution conversion preference option or otherwise in respect of the shares or any other derivative asset (the "derivative assets"); and all dividends interest and other income at any time deriving from the shares..
