Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the invoice discounting agreement for the purchase of receivables (as defined therein) made bentween the chargee and the company ("the agreement") or otherwise
Short particulars
By way of fixed equitable charge: (I) all receivables purchased or purported to be purchased by the security holder pursuant to the agreement which shall fail to vest effectively and absolutely in the security holder pursuant to the agreement for any reason ("discounted receivables"); and (ii) all amounts now or at any time hereafter owing or becoming due to the company on any account whatsoever other than the discounted receivables ("other debts"); and (iii) in relation to discounted debts and other debts, the benefit of all guarantees, indemnities, instruments and securities given to or held by the company in relation to any discounted receivable or other debt; and the right to possession of all computer equipment and data and other records and documents on or by which any discounted receivable or other debt is recorded or evidenced.
