All monies due or to become due from the company (formerly known as multitrust PLC) to the chargee on any account whatsoever under the terms of the facility agreement (as defined therein)
Short particulars
(A) all the company's rights title interest and benefit to and in the proceeds (b) all the comany's rights title interest and benefit to and in the agreement including, without limitation all monies and benefits accrued under the agreement and the proceeds of all claims, awards or judgements for breach of the agreement by any of the contractors and (c) first fixed charge all rights title and interest in the account and the balance being on the account.
