All the company's right title and interest in and to :-(I) the lease agreement dated 2 december 1996 made between the company and british regional airlines limited (the "lease agreement") and (ii) all monies of whatsoever nature payable to the company under the lease agreement and all other rights and benefits whatsoever accruing to the company under the lease agreement including without limitation all claims for damages in respect of any breach by british regional airlines limited the lessee of the lease agreement including any monies payable in respect of maintenance reserves (as defined in the lease agreement) but excluding any monies payable in respect of the third party liability insurances effected pursuant to the lease agreement.
