The company with full title guarantee asigned unto the bank the policy and all money (including bonuses) that may at any time become payable thereunder and the benefit of all powers and remedies for enforcing the same and all options rights and monies devolving upon the company therefrom or under or from any policy or policies that may be substituted therefor with power to give an effectual discharge for all or any of the monies assured or to become payable thereunder.
