By way of fixed charge all contracts and agreements, the chattels and all documents, the it equipment, any monies payable in connection to the disposal (by way of sale or otherwise) the chattels and the it equipment, all contracts and policies of insurance and assurance in relation to the chattels and documents and it equipment. By way of assignment the benefit of and all of its right, title and interest under or in connection with the sort equipment lease, the it equipment lease and the sub-lease..
