All monies now due or hereafter to become due or from time to time accruing due from the company to the bank upon any account and in any manner whatsoever provided that the total sum recoverable under the charge shall not exceed £747,500 in addition to such further sum for interest thereon and other banking charges in respect thereof and costs and expenses as shall accrue due to the bank within six months before or at any time after the date of demand by the bank upon the company for payment.
