All moneys,debts,liabilities and obligations as at 19TH december 1997 or thereafter arising,whether or not for the paymentof money and including,without limitation,any obligation or liability to pay damages) which are as at 19TH december 1997 or which may from time to time therefater be or become due,owing,payable incurred expressed to be due,owing,payable or incurred from or by the company to lombard discount limited under or in connection with the lease agreement (as defined) to which the company is or may become a party (other than amounts payable or owing under any third party liability indemnity (as defined in the intercreditor agreement)
