1. all freights, hires and any other amounts of whatsoever nature may be at any time be earned by or become payable to or for the account of the company arising out of or as a result of the ownership and/or operation of M.V. "pisces planter" registered at the port of douglas, isle of man under official no. 706816 ("the ship") by the company or its agents (including income under pooling arrangements) under or in relation to any charter, contract of carriage or other contract for the use of the ship or in any way connected with the present or future use, operation or management of the ship, all requisition for hire payments, all remuneration for salvage and towage services and all damages for breach (or payments for variation or termination) of any charter, contract of carrige or other contract for the use of the ship ("the earnings").
