All the l/h property of the company (the "properties")as described together with all buildings fixtures and fixed plant and machinery from time to time thereon.it is declared that the property k/as the rotunda,central square,broadgate,london,EC2 shall not be charged pursuant to this charge unless and until the company has obtained the consent of broadgate square PLC to charge its interest under the agreement for lease dated 11TH june 1992 or any subsequent lease granted to it pursuant to such agreement.
