All the company's right title and interest in and to the "charged portfolio" being all of the accounts the deposits and the securities where the accounts shall mean each account or other deposit for the time being maintained with the secured party by the chargor, the deposit being each credit balance from time to time on an account and all rights benefits and proceeds in respect thereof and securities being all securities at any time (and all rights benefits and proceeds attaching thereto or arising therefrom or in respect thereto.
