All present and future liabilities of the borrower (as therein defined) to the junior creditor whether pursuant to the junior finance documents (a therein defined) any inter-company loan or otherwise and on any account whatsoever
Short particulars
The junior creditor will hold in trust any cash or in kind in respect of or the account of any of the junior debt from the borrower or any other source or any payment under any guarantee for all of the junior debt or on account of the purchase of other acquisition of any of the junior debt.
