Any and all monies, liabilities and obligations of lexus leasing, mk flugfelagid and kilo golf (whether actual or contingent, whether now existing or hereafter arising whether or not for the payment of money and including without limitation any obligation any obligation or liability to pay damages) which are now or which may at any time from time to time hereafter be due owing payable or incurred or to be expressed to be due owing payable or incurred from or by (1) kilo golf to the lender under or in connection with the loan agreement and/or any of the other security documents and (2) mk flugfelagid and kilo golf under or in connection with the collateral documents and all the companys obligations under the first corporate guarantee
