The chargor as primary obligor irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees to the security agent all indebtedness liabilities and obligations in respect of the loan notes which are at the date of the composite guarantee and debenture or may at any time thereafter be due owing or incurred in any manner whatsoever to the chargee (in its capacity as agent and security trustee for the noteholders),the noteholders (as defined) or any of them by any group company
