All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under or arising out of the sub hire lease agreements (as defined) together with all rights and benefits arising out of the equipment the subject matter of the agreements
Short particulars
All right title benefit and interest in and to the sub-hire agreements referred to in the hire purchase contract inclusive of all monies whatsoever due owing under the sub hire agreements all claims for damages in respect of breach of sub hire agreements and the full benefit of all guarantees indemnities and other securities of whatsever nature held by or for the benefit of the company in respect of sub-hire agreements.
