The producer's property assets rights and interests in and to: the series, all revenue relating or derived from the series and the revenues from both debts in respect of the exploitation agreements. By way of assignment the right title and interest in and to the rights, the production account, the benefit of the itv collection account, the benefit of certain insurance policies and all income from and the proceeds of all of the above.
