Short particulars
All the rights, title and interest, whether present or future, of the chargor in the assignment between the chargor and carmarthen nhs trust dated 30 september 2003, with reference number 1348/7, and or the hire equipment detailed in the appendix to the schedule, (I) all claims for damages or other remedies in respect of breach of the agreement; (ii) all monies now or at any time due or owing under the agreement, including claims from insurers; (iii) the full benefit of all guarantees etc held in respect of the agreement; and (iv) the interest of the chargor as lessor in the equipment leased under the agreement.
