All the company's right title and interest in and to (1) any and all monies and claims for money due to the company with the respect to the actual or constructive or agreed or arranged or compromised total loss or requisition for title or other compulsory acquisition of the vessel M.V. "sunny blossom" and all claims for damage or compensation etc. and (2) all policies and contracts of insurance taken out in respect of the vessel and all the benefits thereof.
