All the company's right title and interest in and to (1) any and all monies and claims for money due to the company or any other party with respect to the actual or constructive or agreed or arranged or compromised total loss or requisition for title or other compulsory acquisition of the vessel M.V. "farandole" and all claims for damages or compensation with respect to such loss of requisition for title or other compulsory acquisition; and (2) all policies and contracts of insurance taken out in respect of the vessel, her freights and profits etc. and all benefits thereof including all claims and returns of premiums.
