Any and all monies liabilities and obligations due or to become due from or by any of the security parties (as defined) to lloyds bank PLC as security trustee for itself and the beneficiaries (the "assignee") and any of the beneficiaries (as defined) under the transaction documents and/or other transaction documents (both as defined) whether or not the relevant security party is personally liable for the same and whether or not any recourse may be had with respect thereto against the relevant security party or any of its assets
