Assignment by way of security of the following respectively carried on or arising in respect of the property:- the goodwill of any business carried on by the borrower ("business"). The benefit of all licences consents certificates registrations permits or other similar matters required in connection with the property or the business. In respect of the property all (if any) of the following:- any covenant for providing repairing or contributing to the cost of repair of any item or service used; any rent or amount payable under any letting, underlease or tenancy and any agreement for the same; any other sum to which the borrower may be entitled from time to time including monies payable under any retention guarantee bond or insurance or as compensation whether under statute or otherwise; any option to acquire (whether by purchase or otherwise) any other interest. By way of floating charge the undertaking of the borrower and all its other property and assets both present and future.
