All credit party obligations provided that obligations of the pledgors owing to the lenders under hedging agreements shall constitute pledgor obligations for only so long as any other credit party obligations are outstanding and/or the commitments remain in effect and all expenses and charges legal and otherwise incurred by the agent and/or the lenders in collecting or enforcing any credit party obligations or in realizing on or protecting any security therefor including without limitation the security afforded under the stock pledge agreement
