Brief description
Land. The company charges by way of a first legal mortgage all of the company's right, title and interest in and to all the freehold, commonhold and registrable leasehold property now vested in it except to the extent the same constitute excluded assets (as defined in the debenture).. In addition, the company charges in favour of the agent by way of first fixed charge all of that company's right, title and interest in and to:.
