In favour of the chargee ("the principal") the liabilities, which are deemed to include all such liabilities of the company to the principal as are set out in or relate to the agreements details of which are set out in part 1 of the schedule of the supplemental deed, namely the hire agreements (the "hire agreements") which specifically consist of the customer/site agreement identified in the notice of and acknowledgement to assignment to citibank N.A. dated 12TH february 1999 (the "csa")
