By a lease purchase agreement of even date numbered M88981/11/12/13 between woodchester and the assignor of the equipment leased the assignor as security for the performance of the assignor's obligations assigns absolute to woodchester all the assignor's right title and benefit and interest present or future in and to the monies whatsoever payable in connection with the leases and all other rights and benefits whatsoever accruing.
